Translators: Pale Dlololo's multi-lingual Creole Instructors and staff members have a wealth of experience translating documents, focus groups, interviews, training seminars, and educational courses across languages and disciplines (from government documents and training manuals to business meetings and anthropological interviews). Services for both document translation and in-person interpretation are available in English, Creole, French, and Spanish.
Guided Tours: Field trips to historical and cultural sites in the Port-au-Prince area are included in our Intensive Creole programs. Additional group or individual tours can be arranged both for students and non-students. Our staff has extensive experience living, working, and traveling throughout the country and are happy to share their knowledge of the historical and cultural importance of Haiti's land. Airport pick-up/drop-off: We provide round-trip airport services to and from locations in the Port-au-Prince area for $90 per person ($50 for one-way trip). Additional fees may apply for transportation outside of the Port-au-Prince area or to some particular zones that are difficult to access.
Vehicle Rentals: Air-conditioned SUVs and vans are available for rent starting at $80 per day to provide mobility for your project and your adventure in Haiti. Drivers are available upon request.
Lodging: Limited housing is available for students enrolled in the 1-4 week Intensive Creole programs. Accommodations ($55/day) include: a shared room/bathroom, 2 meals per day, full kitchen use, and private pool access in a cozy apartment with 24 hour electricity and hot water. Located in the heart of Petion-Ville, the apartment is just a 5 minute walk to several grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, gyms, and shopping centers.
